Spa 23 offers the best and most affordable Martial Arts Program in the area. Academy students build self confidence, learn self respect, and increase focus and attention span. Martial Arts is a great way to get fit and have fun. Our age appropriate classes feature Mixed Martial Arts with a focus on Taekwondo, Hapkido and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We offer classes for children, beginning at age 4, through teens. The Academy also offers a full range of classes for adults.
