Aquacise

Aquasize is a fun and stimulating, ultra-low impact, group exercise class in chest deep water. This program will increase strength, flexibility and endurance. Whether your goal is getting in shape, losing weight, or rehabilitation of an injury,  this class is for you! Aquacise classes promote wellness, fitness and fun for all ages.  Come in and get wet!

Monday through Friday 11:15am
Thursday 12:15pm
Friday 12:30pm
Monday through Thursday 7:30pm

All Aquacise classes are 45 minutes and are free to members.
