Spa 23 offers the best and most affordable Martial Arts Program in the area. Our age appropriate classes feature Mixed Martial Arts with a focus on Taekwondo, Hapkido and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We offer classes for children, beginning at age 4, through teens. The Academy also offers a full range of classes for adults.
